1. PAYELU

2. The Service

Payelu specializes in developing and integrating technological payment solutions tailored to the needs of various businesses. Its primary objective is to provide Clients with efficient payment acceptance tools to optimize their operations, as described in this document.

Payelu offers its Clients—businesses operating online platforms or services (hereinafter, "Client(s)")—a variety of payment methods. These methods enable Users to conveniently recharge or pay for the Clients' products or services using electronic transfers, cash collection, or digital wallets.

Payelu does not participate in or influence the agreements or terms established between Users and Clients, including the cause, object, or conditions of those agreements.

It is expressly established that Payelu provides services exclusively to its Clients as a facilitator for payment collection and disbursement. There is no contractual or service relationship between Payelu and the User. Users access Payelu's technological platform via the Client's website or applications solely for the purpose of making payments or recharges to the Client's platform or service, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Therefore, any claim related to the use of the Client's platform or services, including payments made through Payelu's platform, as well as any dispute arising from the agreement between the User and the Client, must be addressed and resolved solely and directly between those parties. Payelu will not participate in or mediate any disputes.

3. Client Registration

Clients can access their accounts on the Platform through the Website, using the username and password credentials provided by the Technical Team upon requesting Payelu services.

If the Client is a legal entity, access to the account must be performed by an authorized representative who agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the institution, organization, or company.

As part of the registration process, the Client is required to provide company and personal information across all requested fields and submit any required documentation. This information will be used and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, which the Client agrees to upon using the Platform.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that failure to provide the requested documents and information, or submission of invalid, inaccurate, or false data at the time of registration, will result in an inability to access or use the services of Payelu.

Payelu reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a Client whose information cannot be verified or is found to be false. In such cases, the Client's access to the Platform and services may be revoked. Additionally, if the Client does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using the Platform.

The Platform is intended for the personal, private, and exclusive use of the Client. Access and use by unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited.

The registration account provided to the Client by Payelu may not, under any circumstances, be copied, modified, published, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

The Client agrees to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable Panamanian legislation, these Terms and Conditions, ethical standards, good practices, and public order. Specifically, the Client must refrain from:

  • Accessing Restricted Areas: Accessing or attempting to access restricted sections of the Platform without proper authorization.

The Client may only access the Platform through authorized means. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the device used to access their account is equipped with a compatible operating system required for the Platform's operation. Payelu shall not be held liable if the Client's device is incompatible with the Platform, resulting in an inability to access the account or any associated damages.

4. Password Recovery

The Client is solely responsible for safeguarding their passwords to access the Platform and is liable for any damages arising from misuse, unauthorized sharing, disclosure, theft, or loss of the password.

If a password is forgotten or if there is any other circumstance that creates a risk of unauthorized access to the Client's profile on the Platform, the Client must immediately notify Payelu by email at compliance@payelu.com, so that the necessary measures, such as blocking and replacing the password, can be taken.
